§ that costantly wish the didactic institution of Centers of planning and elaboration and services, in order to constitute polyvalent supports for the professionality and scholastic innovation;
§ that they promote the realization of "culture of network" in a position to corresponding to requirements of coordination and of rationalisation them and effective engagement of the resources, also to the aim to promote the European dimension of the education and integration, being stimulated the exchange and the comparison with European and extra European partners.
Starting from scholastic year 1996/1997 it becomes concretely created the Council for European educational integration "with the scope comes instituted the" European Pole of Knowledge - to operate like center of information, documentation and laboratory of European planning. Such initiative gushes from the positive acquired experience from previous years like plan of the Midlle school"A. Manzoni" and financed from the Veneto Region - Councillorship to Public education "European Network of the schools of the Veneto". The European Pole of European Pole of Knowledge interprets also the requirement to put off center on the territory of Verona and Province the initiatives of advising, projecting and coordination the political and the European programs for one European educational integration
Between all the institutes that share the present charter, how much is convene follows:
ART. 1 - LOCATION OF THE CENTER OF THE NETWORK
It is constituted the Council for the European educational Integration, network of schools for European educational integration called "European Pole of Knowledge-", whose acronym will be "europole" that are proposed to favor the decentralization of the services, placing itself to support of the scholastic autonomy in the field of the European activities and the development of the European dimension in the school.
Art. 2 - Organizational structure:
1. Office Centers : "European Pole of European Pole of Knowledge - Council for European educational integration", instituted (initially) By the Medium Sc. "To Manzoni - Q.re S.Lucia" - via Velino 20, Verona, of which it is taken advantage also of the administrative support.
2. Institutes which adere to the following agreement will undersign it
ART. 3 - HUMAN RESOURCES
3,1 expert adviser with functions of:
1. European planning
2. intelligence agency
3. formation of the operating ones
4. coordination and promotion of the activities in European within
5. search and documentation of the initiatives
6. participation to the activities of connection territorial (territorial) provincial and regional
7. participation to the encounter of programming, planning and deepening, agrees to you with the Leaders Drained coordinators to us and with those of the schools signers of the present convention, through the referring ones of Institute and/or zone
8. participation at the verification moments and supervision of the plan
9. coordination with the territorial, public and private truths of the zones
2,2 INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBLE
Managing scholastic of the Institute near which Council for European Educational Integration resides the office of the "European Pole of Knowledge -", or external responsible designated from at least 50 more % one of the leaders of the adherent schools to the network.
In the phase of start of the plan (first year of activity) they come characterizes in the Preside Alessandro Rebonato the responsible of the network and in the personof the Prof. Stefano Cobello the coordinator of the initiatives of which to the art. 2.1
Functions of the responsible Leader:
to) putting to disposition of the Center the structures being necessary and already available near its Institute
b) to speed up instruments that measure the effectiveness of the service
c) to train the deep ones assigns to the plans and to inventory the acquired material
d) to participate to the encounter of verification and supervision of the plan
ART. 3
The Center can be taken advantage also of support peripheral structures of the activity of information centre localized in Verona and Province
ART. 5 - Time and movement of the staff
The staff of the Center "European Pole of Knowledge" will put to disposition a part of the weekly timetable for the activities of which to art 2,1, with the possibility of movements on the veronese territory.
The centre will be active for a number of hours a week to be defined and such however from being able to satisfy the needs d advising and information of the schools, taking advantage themselves also of existing the supports telemati to us
ART. 6 - RESOURCES FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
The economic cover will be guaranteed by:
· contribution from Veneto Region
· European projects
· Eventual contribution of the adherent schools to the network
· Contributions from other Agencies
